Disability Access Audit

Ensure Inclusive Access and Compliance with the Equality Act 2010

A Disability Access Audit reviews the accessibility of your premises in line with the Equality Act 2010 and CQC’s Accessible Information Standard. Delivered by NEBOSH-certified assessors, it evaluates physical, sensory, and communication barriers to create environments that are safe, inclusive, and legally compliant.

Rather than addressing access issues retrospectively, this audit supports inclusive design and management from the outset — ensuring your facility is accessible to all users.

Why It Matters — and What You Risk Without It

Accessibility is a key part of both legal compliance and corporate responsibility. Failure to provide equal access can result in:
❌ Breach of the Equality Act 2010
⚠️ Enforcement or negative CQC findings
🧾 Reputational damage or legal claims
📣 Exclusion of staff, clients, or service users
A structured audit identifies barriers and sets out practical, proportionate recommendations.
